If after using The TASCON^®  Business Analyst as recommended¹ for a period of four months, you haven't begun to experience an improvement in financial performance², in addition to the included basic software support, The TASCON Group will provide FREE customized software support³ to put your profit "back on track".

1. The End User must have implemented the procedures detailed within the "white papers" which are provided within each section of the software.
2. Financial performance is defined as an improvement in profitability at a sales volume equal to or greater than the prior year's after adjusting for extraordinary, non-operating costs affecting profitability.
3. Customized software support is available to End Users only and is defined as providing phone and/or web-meeting assistance in correctly implementing the procedures detailed within the "white papers" which are provided within each section of the software. FREE customized software support shall be provided not to exceed four consecutive months.
4. This profit performance guarantee is available to the direct licensed End User only and is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).
